Body, Mind & Soul Nutrition

Bodymind, and soul nutrition. The expression goes ‘as within, so without’. This idea refers to the consciousness that we nurture in ourselves through our thoughts, experiences, and knowing. Another way of looking at this idea is to look at what we feed our bodies and our minds as we reveal the nature of our souls. Is what we think, say, and do in alignment with our inherent divine pattern? Is what we consume in food, ideas, and experiences in alignment with our divine nature? Let’s explore together a new way of living a nutritious life.

Week 1:  What is nutrition for mindbody and soul? How do they differ?
Week 2:  What are my personal criteria for mind nutrition, body nutrition, soul nutrition?
Week 3:  What does a nutritious life look like?
Week 4:  How does my nutritious life matter to the whole?
